Lunch meeting: speaker Rtn Betty Ko

The Birthday boy today was PP Paul; all of us sang Happy Birthday to him and President Stephen presented him a bottle of red wine as birthday gift.
Rtn Otis Edwards from Rotary Club of Hong Kong joined our lunch meeting.
The speaker today was Rtn Betty Ko who talked about “Who am I”.  Rtn Betty was born in Shanghai, and came to HK with her family.  She went to UK for further study and met one of her best friends, PP George, who proposed her to our club.  She was a partner in PriceWaterhouse Coopers in Shanghai and concentrated on tax accounting.  She retired in June 2010.  After retirement, she wants to have a different life, so she joined our club and will be help on our community service projects. In addition, she will work as volunteer at other community service organisations, such as Crossroads.

Our Sergeant at arms, PP Francesco collected HK$880 for raffle and fines.  PP Nick got a case of red wine donated by Rtn Didier and President Stephen won an iPad case donated by PP Tobi.
